Our events are best-suited for cocktail party style gatherings with passed apps. Catering services for minus5º private events are provided through a premium chef & culinary team featuring extensive menu options and catering services. The selection of food and catering setup can be customized to your event needs, including, but not limited to, any combination of the following:

At minus5 whatever you can dream of can be created out of ice. We’ve carved people, animals, historic buildings, super heros, even a full size car made completely of ice. Whatever your private event is, we can provide an ice sculpture to match. We can also freeze your product inside of ice to display during your event.

For custom ice sculptures using your logo we will need a vector file in the format of .eps, .ai, or .pdf or a high res jpeg. The standard size for our corporate ice sculptures are 20″ x 40″.

For products frozen in ice, we will need you deliver your possession 3 weeks before your event.

minus5 has professional photographers available for booking on staff for your event. Your photo package will include a link to all the digital photos from your event. We can also watermark your photos with your company logo as an additional branding opportunity.

Online Photo Gallery

We will upload all your event photos to an online gallery that guests can download, print, or share on social media. This is a great way to give your guests an easy way to share their ice experience while creating additional branding and exposure. Upon request, we can hand out photo cards to your guests, which provide a QR code that will take them directly to the website where the photos are available.

*Options available upon request: We can provide your guests with photo cards that have all the information they need to access the online gallery. We can make the online gallery private if needed.

Branding Opportunities

Ice Sculptures

Display your company logo or products in the most unique way. minus5 can carve a custom ice sculpture, carve your logo inside of ice, or freeze your product within ice to display during your event. It’s the coolest branding opportunity and creates a must have photo op for all of your attendees.

LED/TV/Projectors

Display your logo, sponsors, or promotional video to not only brand your company or product, but also draw traffic to your event. minus5º LED displays see a daily traffic of up to 20,000 impressions on a busy day. One facing the mall entrance and the other facing the casino and right above the food court and starbucks coffee.

Custom Branded Hats

What better way to leave a lasting impression for your attendees then to provide a cool souvenir for them to take home that reminisces their Ice Experience. minus5º can provide custom Eskimo Hats embroidered with your logo.

Photography

With our in-house photographers, we capture all the cool moments from your minus5º event. We will upload your event photos to an online gallery for guests to download, print, and share at their leisure. Photos can be watermarked with your company logo as well.

Here are some suggestions to help you maximize your branding opportunity at minus5

Minus5 at Mandalay Bay has 2 LED screens at our storefront along with 2 projector screens and 13 TV’s inside certain areas of the lounge.

We have the ability to mix or rotate multiple feeds for content on all our screens.

We recommend the outside LEDs used as an invite if you are trying to maximize your attendees. The inside TVs used for promoting your brand, product or special occasion specifically to the people that are attending your party. If your party is only for a select amount of people, perhaps take this opportunity to promote your company/brand to the many convention goers that pass by each day. Keep in mind the LEDs are similar to billboards, make sure your text is clear and legible. For videos we recommend a 30 second clip with a 5 second still frame or pause at the end to help a smooth transition when it loops. If you have multiple sponsors, a slideshow of their company logo works really well. If you need stock photos or pictures of our bar to help build content please do not hesitate to ask. And if you are unable to develop custom content for the LEDs, the default choice is usually to display a company logo on all screens. Below are some LED examples:
