Catering
Catering services for minus5º events are provided through a premium chef & culinary team featuring extensive menu options and catering services. We also offer a variety of beverage packages, including specialty cocktails and custom signature drinks. From stationed and passed hors d’oeuvres to buffet-style dining, we can set up the perfect food and beverage combination for your event.
Branding
Maximize your event’s impact with the multiple branding opportunities available at minus5º. We can create custom ice sculptures featuring your logo or even freeze your product inside of ice to display during your event. Our locations have over a dozen displays to promote your brand. Our large LED screens face high-traffic areas inside each shopping area. This is a great way to generate more awareness of your event or company throughout the hotel resulting in greater attendance for your booth or private event. Additional branding opportunities include Eskimo hats with custom logos and souvenir photos.

What can I not say about minus5? I was in awe of not only the space but the customer service I received from the time I walked in until the last attendee left. There is nothing the staff wouldn’t do for us, and the venue sells itself. My attendees LOVED this party and didn’t want to leave. Just saying THANK YOU doesn’t seem like enough.
Minus5 created an experience for our customers unlike they had ever seen. The ambiance was perfect, allowing for our product to be displayed in frozen ice sculptures throughout the venue. The result was what we had hoped and anticipated.
